A counselor based in Hyderabad, offering online sessions for adolescents and adults. I lean on ACT, weave in CBT and relational dynamics, and keep space for what’s soulful and unseen.
Therapy, to me, is a collaboration—a steady companioning as you shift from surviving to choosing. Session by session, we grow the roots that let life move again.

Mend the root, meet the mystery
Sometimes a life problem is not a puzzle to solve but a doorway. We’ll work with skills and science—and we’ll also listen for the whisper beneath the noise: the value calling your name, the story your body carries, the music you forgot you knew.
I care about mind, body, and soul in the same room. We’ll notice what hurts, honour what matters, and practice tiny, possible steps.

- Relational: the therapeutic relationship itself as a safe, honest place to rehearse life.
- Adolescents: I work with teens with parent/guardian consent and the teen’s assent.
I used to work under supervision during training—those years shaped my steadiness. Today I practice independently online.
A few human notes
Off the clock, I sing, travel when I can, and spend time in worship. I like quiet cafés, trees after rain, and books that leave a light on.
